Luckily, after seeing a dark dog-like godfather shaped shadow he trips falls and calls the Knight Bus to come pick him up and take him to London.   He pretends to be Neville Longbottom, learns more about Sirius Black, and takes a wild ride to the Leaky Cauldron where Cornelius Fudge, the Minister of Magic is waiting for him. After a nice chat over a spot of tea, Harry is not punished for inflating is aunt and is now going to be hanging out in Diagon Alley for the rest of the Summer.
