First and foremost, you need a plan for the gym. Find a solid program that aligns with your goals. Stick with it. That being said, we do need some variety in our workouts in order to continue seeing results and avoid plateaus and injuries. For each workout cycle of 4-8 weeks, I will add in some different auxiliary exercises to address weaknesses and because I enjoy mixing it up! Ring dips and sprints made the list.
