#6 Bia Rebel Ramen Food Truck, Northern Ireland. Brian Donnelly + Jenny Holland

On this week's show, we caught up with Brian Donnelly and Jenny Holland - the dynamic duo behind Bia Rebel - a food truck located outside The Big Fish that dishes out the best Ramen food in Belfast.   Brian (from Tyrone) has a background as a Michelin chef and has worked for some of the biggest names in the industry such as Gordon Ramsey.
