FIFA has announced plans to sell the commercial rights to its tournaments, including the World Cup, to private investors. This proposal has been dubbed controversial and sparked backlash from Uefa and some leading European clubs. Former All White Fred de Jong says this isn't a good idea, and there's some 'worrying' aspects that could come from this.
