FULL Police Interrogation of the Father Who Starved His Baby to Deathfull interrogation of Seth Welch, the man who neglected his newborn child by not feeding her. The presence of THC was also found in the newborn child's system. The child died of chronic malnutrition. Their house was also found with vermin, insects, and mold during the investigation. Welch was charged with homicide felony murder in August 2018.
