I wanna share with you, I'm sure many can relate to it . Most of the time we do things that we regret not because we didn't like , its simply because we struggle to say no when we know what damage it can cause . Most of the biggest mistake we do in life that brings bad outcome are things we can easily avoid but we struggle because we can not say no. Being able to say NO is taking power to from other people . Taking back control of yourself. It's something that take time to learn and you need a lot of humility and self examination to accept your weaknesses. Anyway I hope you will enjoy it .
