In this weeks episode, we had a really good conversation with Marcus Chung. Marcus is the VP of Manufacturing & Supply Chain at Third Love. We spoke about the importance of understanding the supply chain of any fashion business, its challenges, and some of the expectations you should have from your own supply chain. Marcus has a very unique and inspiring story, as he took a complete 360 turn to develop a career in the fashion supply chain, so there are definitely a lot of things to be learned from his personal story. We also spoke about the importance of developing good partnerships, and how to actually start developing those partnerships.
