PEDS: Essential thrombocythemia

Today's Episode Charlee reviews chapter 3 from the Pediatric Morning Report book. A 15-year-old female presents with pain, trismus, and neck stiffness for approximately 5 days. She is able to eat but has pain with chewing and swallowing. She also has right ear pain and a diffuse headache. She has otherwise not had any sore throat, cough, or hoarseness.
