Massimo Bottura is the chef and owner of Osteria Francescana in Modena, Italy which was ranked #1 on the World’s 50 Best restaurant list in 2016. He was featured on Netflix’s docu-series Chef’s Table. In this episode, he shares two recipes; one from his new cookbook, Bread is Gold; and an original recipe he improvised for Kappy.
