As this year winds down, our brains start to look backward and assess. We think about what we haven't gotten done that we'd hoped we would, what we didn't get to do, where we fell short on our goals, where we've been disappointed in our marriages, our parenting, our careers, our relationships and our lives in general. It's normal for our brain to go toward the negative, to be focused on what we haven't done because that seems useful. It seems like a problem to solve so that we can change it. But instead of being useful, it makes us feel awful. In this episode, in honor of the Finish Strong series, we're asking an even more important question: what HAVE you been doing this year? I'm walking you through why this one question can be a game-changer.
