There are so many parallels between the roles of motherhood and business and the kind of growth that each of those is the catalyst for in our lives. On one of the very long flights we had over spring break recently, I put pen to paper and got really clear about what this looks like - how do the skill sets we develop as mothers translate to shaping us into even stronger business owners, and vice versa? After spending some serious time with this - I'm convinced more than ever that there is so much overlap in the traits and qualities that lead us to be successful in parenting and successful in our businesses.
