The past week of heightened COVID-19 pandemic concerns has reminded me of the incredible power and value of thought work; our ability to show up as the people we want to be no matter what our circumstances look like. We are all living in unprecedented times with changes happening all around us. How will we respond? As a coach trained in cognitive behavioral psychology and understanding why we think what we think, feel what we feel and do what we do so that we can live our lives on purpose, with intention, has never felt more essential to our well-being than it does right now. In this episode of Beyond Happy, I'm walking through the framework that I use in private coaching sessions as well as my own personal self-coaching. It's one of the most valuable skillsets we can learn: how to live beyond our circumstances.
