We read the story of Solomon's greatest action as king: building a temple for the Lord, showing us how important it is to give glory to the Lord for all he's done for us. He is learning from his father's mistakes, but this story will sadly conclude the greatest moments of his life. Today's readings are 1 Kings 3, 2 Chronicles 4-5, and Psalm 64. I am reading using the Arabic Jesuit Catholic version from Holy Bible App which can be accessed on the app/website. You can also listen to the Bible in a Year podcast in English with Fr Mike Schmitz who did an amazing job. I am using lot of his comments in my reflection as well commentary from different trustworthy resources.
