اليوم ٢٣١: وادي العظام الجافة ‏. Day 231: The Valley of Dry Bones

نشرح أهمية الإشارة إلى العظام في كتب أرميا وحزقيال. في كتاب أرميا، نتعلم أن عظام شعب الله مبعثرة بسبب عبادتهم للآلهة الزائفة. في حزقيال، نرى النبي وهو يتنبأ على وادي العظام الجافة، وروح الرب يعيد الحياة والحركة إلى هذه العظام. القراءات لهذا اليوم هي أرميا 8، حزقيال 37-38، وأمثال 14:33-35. ‏We explain the significance behind the mention of bones in Jeremiah and Ezekiel. In Jeremiah, we learn that the bones of God's people are scattered because of their worship of false gods. In Ezekiel, we see the prophet prophesy over the valley of dry bones and the Lord’s Spirit restoring and moving within them. Today’s readings are Jeremiah 8, Ezekiel 37-38, and Proverbs 14:33-35. I am reading using the Arabic Jesuit Catholic version from Holy Bible App which can be accessed on the app/website. I am using lot of his comments in my reflection as well commentary from different trustworthy resources.
