‎اليوم ٢٣٨: سقوط أورشليم Day 238: Fall of Jerusalem

نمرّ بسقوط أورشليم ومراثي أرميا المكثفة حيث يشاهد شعب إسرائيل يسقطون في الأسر. كما نتعرّف على النبي دانيال، وهبته الرائعة في فهم الأحلام ونطق كلمة الله. القراءات لهذا اليوم هي أرميا 20-21، دانيال 1-2، وأمثال 15:25-28. We go through the fall of Jerusalem, and the intense lament of Jeremiah as he watches the people of Israel fall into captivity. We also introduce us to the Prophet Daniel, and his incredible gift of discerning dreams and proclaiming God's Word. Today's readings are Jeremiah 20-21, Daniel 1-2, and Proverbs 15:25-28. I am reading using the Arabic Jesuit Catholic version from Holy Bible App which can be accessed on the app/website. You can also listen to the Bible in a Year podcast in English with Fr Mike Schmitz who did an amazing job. I am using lot of his comments in my reflection as well commentary from different trustworthy resources.
