اليوم ٣٢٧: أصل الشماسية ‏Day 327: Origin of the Diaconate 

نلفت الانتباه إلى الانقسام الثقافي الموجود في الكنيسة الأولى وأصل الرسامة الشماسية. نناقش أيضًا إحباط بولس تجاه أولئك الذين لم يعترفوا بيسوع باعتباره المسيح، ونقدم التعزية لأولئك الذين يختبرون ذلك في قلوب وعقول المقربين منهم، كما فعل بولس. قراءات اليوم هي أعمال 6، رومية 9-10، وأمثال 27: 10-12. Fr. Mike draws our attention to the cultural division present in the early Church and the origin of the ordination to the diaconate. He also discusses Paul’s frustration with those who didn’t recognize Jesus as the Christ and offers consolation to those who experience this in the hearts and minds of those close to them, as Paul did. Today’s readings are Acts 6, Romans 9-10, and Proverbs 27:10-12. I am reading using the Arabic Jesuit Catholic version from Holy Bible App which can be accessed on the app/website. You can also listen to the Bible in a Year podcast in English with Fr Mike Schmitz who did an amazing job. I am using lot of his comments in my reflection as well commentary from different trustworthy resources.
