Description

Your mindset affects everything! I'll share with you the right mindset to lose weight, achieve thriving health, and live a happier life! Today's Q&A episode is all about the right mindset to lose weight and achieve excellent health. Here are our questions for today: 1. I have been thinking about Daniel fast for the past 2 to 3 weeks. My health is not doing too well and I just recently had a baby and I'm a little bit overweight. But I keep running into People that have talked about spiritual tiredness how it has brought them closer to God and has helped them with their health problems most of our health problem begins in the gut which is the food that we eat I am sure that the people in the Bible and how he intended for us to eat to prevent certain diseases. (Mariam Gomez) I wish for you to discover the wonderful breakthrough that you have been searching for… And for you to achieve a more intimate and stronger relationship with God, which is what the Daniel Fast is all about. It is amazing for your health, as well as for your well-being. After all, fasting is not only beneficial for your body; it is also very uplifting for your soul. But if you are not sure of where to start, or perhaps you have never fasted before… And you have no idea how to begin the Daniel Fast, then you can learn all you need to know from an instructional book that covers all of these topics. The Daniel Fast book covers a multitude of topics from menu planning to preparing your mind and body for the fast, as well as ways how to succeed! Let this book guide you to achieve the right mindset for weight loss and health that you've always been wanting to have. 2. I'm prediabetic – how much kale should I eat daily for healthy eating? (Gerald4Nomads Nomadic) Prediabetes is reversible. This is why you need to be feeding your gut and consume more fiber in your diet. For healthy eating, about 1 cup of kale per day is great for you. Eat it raw in your salads or put it in your smoothies, dehydrate it, juice it… You can also cook it. In fact, I have a few kale recipes here that you might want to check out 3. I struggle a lot with negative hopeless thinking. I think it's mainly due to anxiety since childhood, trauma and long term health problems. I get thoughts like "My health keeps getting worse no matter what I do, why bother?". I also realised through your 7 steps that I don't believe God loves me and I disliked saying my own name a lot in the activity where you put your own name into bible verses. Saying my name makes me think of myself when I was a child, and that's a negative image with negative feelings. I was just typing this right before you started talking about personalizing bible verses. I didn't know you were going to be talking about that in this video, but I read about it in your 7 steps yesterday. Thanks for pointing these things out and helping people see where they're stumbling the most. (Bye Bye Belly) This is such a wonderful question, and I appreciate your transparency and honesty.  First of all, congratulations on taking the first step by going through my 7-step free course. If you haven't already, I encourage you to go through the 40-day physical and spiritual transformation course to really go deeper into everything I discussed in the 7-step course. These courses teach you all about the right mindset for weight loss, and most importantly, for health – both physically and spiritually. This is why I always recommend these courses to all my clients who wish to regain their health and feel the best they've ever been. And this is what I hope for all of you, too!
