A nurse demonstrated by putting finger pressure on my leg and showed me that it left an indentation. I asked what caused that? She said, water retention, probably caused by salt. Do you have any advice on including/excluding salt in a diet? 2. Hi Annette please could you explain what none GMO is and why it's important. We may have a similar food standard but named something else.  3. Is homemade barley bread easy to digest in comparison to wheat? 4. It was hard to control my feelings when I was young.
