Founder of the American Conservation Coalition, Benji Backer, joins today's episode to discuss his debut book, “The Conservative Environmentalist: Common Sense Solutions for a Sustainable Future”. Benji and I discuss how conservation and environmentalism, at their roots, are conservative ideas. There are two arguments when addressing climate change, and it’s either “doomerism” or “denial”, but conservative principles are key to climate solutions that actually work.
