Soli Cayetano makes over $10K per month in passive income at age twenty-five by buying the rental properties that most investors actively avoid. These properties are often in overlooked markets that aren’t as attractive as San Diego, Miami, Austin, or Seattle, but they make her as much, if not more, money. The houses Soli buys are often $100K or less, meaning almost any investor reading this could come close to buying one. In three years, Soli turned $50K into a $5M real estate portfolio, enough passive income to support her for life, and an online following constantly finding and funding deals for her.
