I assumed this too, and felt pressured to do so, so I tried (a million times) to give up sweet things, and I binged every. single. time. Healthcare professionals struggle with our relationship with food too. Unfortunately, it's a massive taboo, afterall, we are the ones who are supposed to be helping others.
