The Double Leg Stretch is a classical STOTT PILATES® exercise aimed at strengthening the deep core muscles while integrating breath, control, and flow. Performed lying on the back in an imprinted spine position, both legs and arms extend out simultaneously, then return to a compact position. This movement emphasizes trunk stability, precise execution, and rhythmic breathing.
