Monja is a dancer, pilates instructor and a Feldenkrais and Chava Shelhav Child'Space Method Practitioner. She is also the founder and director of Hamba Bamba Funda - a non-profit organization dealing with Early Childhood Development in underdeveloped areas, currently in Kliptown, Soweto. Monja works with adults and children where she places emphasis on working with the nervous system. She helps adults and children reduce stress and ease chronic pain through repatterning the brain using Somatic movement.
