Today at Blitzbusiness we have Swati Sahni, Founder of IvyPlus network. a professional network of more than 20,000 alumni from top global universities including Harvard, Stanford and MIT amongst others. A network where personally I have built great friendships and some amazing memories. In this episode we discussed her initial journey of setting up Ivy plus network, scaling to 20,000+ members, the challenges and new business models as she adapts to bring the networking experience to online channels too. Swati has worked in the education policy space for the last decade with organisations including the World Bank, UNICEF and the Ministry of Education. Swati has a Masters in International Education Policy from Harvard University, where she was a Fulbright-Nehru Scholar.
