And Karen, a video of the shooting shows a Honda Pilot blocking part of the road as two federal agents approached. As one of them tried to open the door, the SUV backed up slightly. A third agent then appeared in front of the automobile, and he fired as the driver at it began to turn and move forward. Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem.

83.798 - 94.776 Unknown

What happened was our ICE officers were out in an enforcement action. They got stuck in the snow because of the adverse weather that is in Minneapolis. They were attempting to push out their vehicle and a woman attacked them.

95.136 - 101.466 John Tucker

A gnome calls it domestic terrorism. Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Fry called for ICE to leave his city immediately.

101.907 - 109.519 Unknown

They're ripping families apart. They're sowing chaos on our streets. And in this case, quite literally killing people.

109.499 - 116.265 John Tucker

The driver, 37-year-old Renee Good, received a bullet to the head. Within hours of the shooting, protests took to the streets.

Chapter 2: What happened during the ICE shooting in Minneapolis?

187.855 - 194.063 Rosalind Matheson

That seems quite optimistic, given that Venezuela is only really pumping at the most one million barrels

194.043 - 214.836 Karen Moscow

And that's Bloomberg's Roz Matheson who says President Trump plans to meet with energy executives at the White House this week. Officials are rushing to step up links with Greenland after President Trump renewed demands to take over the island. Bloomberg News has learned the White House is considering business deals including rare earth mineral mining projects and hydroelectric power.

220.064 - 253.362 Ben Sills

The next move, I think what we saw with Venezuela is not necessarily a template, but it's the closest thing we've got. You saw over a number of months an increase in pressure with particularly naval assets deployed to the Caribbean and then Finally, you had that shock weekend raid. I would be amazed if there was going to be an actual kind of military conflict with shooting over Greenland.

253.442 - 259.875 Ben Sills

But I wouldn't be shocked if one day we woke up and Trump had just announced that he's in control now.

259.855 - 279.147 Karen Moscow

And that's Bloomberg News Managing Editor Ben Sills. U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio says he plans to meet with Danish officials next week after the Trump administration reiterated its intention to take over the strategic Arctic island. President Trump is calling for a $500 billion boost to the nation's trillion-dollar defense budget.

279.127 - 303.447 Karen Moscow

At the same time, he's demanding that major Pentagon contractors end stock buybacks and dividends and cap executive pay at $5 million until they spend more on weapons research and development. Shares in the major contractors fell after President Trump's social media posts. This morning, they are bouncing back, being led by Northrop Grumman, which is up 9%.

303.427 - 317.535 Karen Moscow

Shares of Nvidia, they're up this morning as well. And this is after Bloomberg News learned China plans to approve some imports of Nvidia's H200 chips as soon as this quarter. We get more with Bloomberg Markets reporter Valerie Teitel.

317.675 - 336.91 Valerie Teitel

This is good news. for nvidia and honestly it's good news for the relationship between china and the u.s i think many were worried that the escalation in venezuela who is one of the key trading partners of china when it comes to oil might derail things like this but it's looking like it's a good step forward at least for the the ai trade between the u.s and china
