Because there have been reports that the U.S. might have been offering a temporary, you know, 20 year suspension for And he was very clear. He said no, unlimited. And then I followed up saying it's completely halting. And he said no years, unlimited, when I specifically mentioned that 20-year suspension.

It's been very contentious every time it's come up for reauthorization, including in 2024. Basically, there are some privacy hawks in the Republican Party and the Democratic Party as well who say that this spy powers law allows U.S. agencies to spy on Americans. And now the federal government's looking into whether to give more agencies access to a version of mythos. Netflix shares are about 10% lower after a disappointing outlook for the current quarter.
