The last Penn State Wide Receiver to have 3 TDs in a game was DaeSean Hamilton against Indiana in 2017. Tight end Pat Freiermuth also caught 3 TD’s last year against Michigan State. Outside of those two players and Jahan Dotson, there are only 5 other Penn State receivers who have caught 3 TD’s in a game: Allen Robinson (two times in 2012 against Navy and Indiana), Deon Butler (Michigan State 2008), Joe Jurevicious (Louisville 1997), Bobby Engram (Rutgers 1995), and Freddie Scott (Temple 1994).
