The question is, Luke, do you keep driving or you turn around?
What do you do?
I don't know, man. We've talked about this a lot of times. Do you really want to see one? You know, and today we've got Larry who emailed us, as folks do, right? So this is part of our members thing is we take time to let people who have had real encounters tell their stories on Blurry Creatures.
You know, a lot of what we do, Nate, in our main feed show is to have the academics and the pastors, the theologians, the people who have written the books talk and done the research. The researchers share their insights on all of the wild and weird and biblical and all the above, right? But so many people out there have had just crazy encounters with stuff they can't explain.

Chapter 2: How did Larry's childhood influence his beliefs about the supernatural?
It's like the lady that you talked to that saw the Bigfoot on the shore and said he was just beautiful. Exactly. I'm like, I don't know what to do with that. No, let's start at the beginning and we'll get to the Bigfoot encounter because I know a lot of what happens to you in your childhood and your formative years actually leads up to
to that terrifying encounter um and you're in your email and i'll just i'll provide a little background but you you know when you reached out to us you're saying that you've had a lifelong lifelong experiences when it comes to the paranormal and supernatural um
you've got your Puerto Rican and as Pierce is your background and you, I'll let you talk about that, but there's some generational stuff that happens in there. And, and we, you know, I'm not sure that you've connected that or not, but let's start at the, at the beginning. Yeah.
And like kind of some of the groundwork for, for when you arrive on the scene and, and sort of what happens is you and you Richard growing up.
Sounds good. I don't know if I just got a double dose in my blood, but my mom's side is Puerto Rican. Her mother's family, so my grandma, were all mediums. They delved into that pretty hard from my understanding. So there's whatever that may bring. On my dad's side, I have the Nez Pierce and his grandfather was apparently a high up Freemason.
So there's a lot of talk about Freemasons and things that they do. So I don't know if all this kind of cultivated into generational curses or anything like that. I don't know. Blood seems to be important, bloodlines and all that stuff. So I've kind of thought about it and I've wondered.
nothing i can confirm you know so growing up then did you were you aware of the medium practices as a child was that something that you you didn't know about no i didn't know about that until i was about 13 or 14. okay uh but everything before that was just scary stuff yeah Uh, but I, my earliest memories, uh, would be when I was just the littlest kids.
Uh, we had a house in Sacramento and it was a rented house. It was there from, oh gosh, the late seventies, early eighties. Uh, do you, do you remember where the A and W was? They used to have an A&W. I know exactly where that is. It was right by there. Grandma and grandpa used to take me there all the time for floats.
We used to stop there. I'm Chico, right? We would go down to Sacramento. Before Chico really got any kind of stores or malls, You kind of had to go to SAC. That was before Roseville had the Galleria. Shout out to all my NorCal people listening to know what we're talking about. But we used to go down to... What's that mall, Nate? I can't think of the name right now. Arden Fair Mall. Arden Fair.

Chapter 3: What significant event led Larry to summon Bigfoot?
That was... Those were some of my most precious memories of my grandparents were them driving us down to that W. And that's where I got my love of root beer.
So I obviously I grew up in SAC and we grew up close, but we know the 916. It's weird out there. So you're renting a house.
Yeah, we rented a house. Some of my earliest memories were waking up in the middle of the night and hearing something in the kitchen. And I would run, and I would run to my parents' room. I'd jump into bed scared. And my earliest prayers were for God to take my hearing away so I didn't have to hear the scary noises.
And it sounded like somebody moving, opening fridges, shutting cabinets, all sorts of stuff. But nobody was up. Nobody was around.
