Learning To Love Your Inner Child with Psychotherapist Lisa

On this weeks episode I am very excited to be bringing you this weeks guest Lisa Turnbull. Lisa is the Director of Meraki Wellness Centre with over 20 years’ experience working in the field of complementary medicine. The Merakai Wellness centre is a multi- disciplinary wellness centre located on the Central Coast which offers counselling, yoga, kinesiology, herbal medicine, energetic healing as well as wellness coaching. Lisa is a Registered Clinical Psychotherapist, Naturopath, Counsellor, Energetic Healer, Clinical supervisor as well as group and retreat facilitator. Where she is the primary retreat facilitator for the organisation Women’s Wellness Retreats, which is an international travel and retreat organisation providing integrated holistic wellness for the soul.  To show us that there is a path to connecting back to our inner child that only requires a little self love.  This is where Lisa has kindly offered to speak to us about the topic of inner child work as a way to integrate aspects of our childhood selves back into adulthood.
