Tracy is a multi-passionate online teaching strategist who helps successful business owners who provide high-touch online programs refine their student success path, so their students learn faster and achieve better results. Her experiences in the education field started with working with young children in early childhood education programs and for most of her career, working with children with special needs. She is now focused on adult education, teaching part-time at the college level while working full-time as a manager in a non-profit setting.
