Chapter 1: What highlights did Indiana showcase in their national championship win?
We will start with the college football playoff national championship. Indiana leading Miami 17-14 fourth quarter. The Hoosiers with a fourth and five at the Miami 12.
Got Nowakowski flanked way outside. Fernando keeps it himself. I'm going to run. Mendoza! Mendoza!
Go!
I thought that was great.
That's Pat McAfee.
He was on the alternate feed for ESPN. Now, Fowler has to do it a little bit straighter. He did good, too. But when I heard that, I was like, man, that was awesome. That was pretty good. I think that Pat McAfee can actually call games if you want him to. I mean, based off of that, I agree with you. That was fun. I mean, the way that he's with his guys and everything like that.
But I'll tell you what, that was... That was off the charts. I thought that was great. You know, and obviously it's an ode to like a little bit of soccer goal scoring. And it's, I don't know. I just thought that's the kind of excitement that that play. It's fourth down. And that kid does his John Elway imitation down by the goal line.
If you threw him on McAfee, I mean, like one of those midweek, you know, low-level football games. You know how many people would tune in to see that if you called a game like that?
Put him on prime. But they're not going to let him go on Prime, although everybody else seems to be able to work on multiple networks these days except for us. But I would just say that, yeah, I mean, like, he can easily do it. I mean, if you let him do it that way. And that's why it's on the alternate broadcast.

Chapter 2: How did Indiana secure their first national title against Miami?
Wow. Ian Rappaport, just posted. Andrew, I'm on the podcast.
Chapter 3: What were the key performances in Indiana's championship game?
Yes, Andrew, I'm on the podcast live.
Yeah, well, everybody wants to come with the bad news. Yep, that's right.
Here's my question. When you guys were doing the show from home during the pandemic, anybody ever walk in on the show, interfere? Nobody stumbled in or anything like that?
No, no, no. I mean, I could hear them outside the door running around and everything, but no, no one would. Because, I mean, I made it clear. There was no coming into that room. And I also, you know, I locked the door too.
So I didn't have, well, my first grandchild was born during that time, that July of 2020. So if I had to do it now, it'd be like a three ring circus. be scooters going around the islands and everything else and kids screaming. Matthew Schaefer would be asking for 20 bucks for ice cream.
20 bucks for ice cream, Uncle Boomer. Basketball, the Knicks lose their fourth in a row, falling to the Mavericks, 114-97. The Knicks are just a mess now. They've lost 9 of 11.
It was unwatchable. That was unwatchable. Yes.
Turned it on, saw the score, turned it off.
No, no. I tried to watch a part of it. There was a shot by Landry Shaman. God, that wasn't even close. I mean, it was like a brick. It almost knocked a basket over. Now, they've lost nine of 11, four in a row, and all five starters plus Mitchell Robinson were double-digit negatives last night against a team that has a losing record that's horrendous on the road.
