For the first time in a long time, the Steelers are in search of a head coach, as Mike Tomlin did decide to step down after 19 seasons yesterday. You heard all the fire... Tomlin Chance the other night when they were losing their playoff game on Monday Night Football. And so he leaves having won 193 games in his 19 seasons, eight playoff wins, one Super Bowl championship.
Meantime, you've got the Ravens inside that division too, like the Browns looking for a head coach. This was John Harbaugh who was let go. And this was Steve Busciotti yesterday with the media. This is a little bit on the longer side, but how he actually made and came to making the decision.

I told the team today, it's weird watching... full games all the way through. You find yourself rooting for teams and you're like, why am I rooting for this team? This is the dumbest thing ever. Then five seconds later, you're rooting for the other team. I'm glad it's over. I'm glad we're back to regular scheduled programming here.
They'll be in prime time on Saturday night. You guys were talking about Bryce Young briefly last hour. Here was Dan Morgan. His thoughts on where Young is right now as a quarterback?
I think Bryce has shown You know, flashes of greatness this year against high-level competition. You know, I think just as a team, we weren't as consistent as we wanted to be on a game-to-game basis.
That said, he does like the direction the team's heading in.
You have a young team that's... building continuity, and kind of figuring themselves out.
Might have been 8-9, but they did win the division, so we heard from him yesterday as well.
