Chapter 1: What is the main topic discussed in this episode?
Hirsch and Valley Stream, our buddy.
What's going on, Hirsch? You know what I love most about you two guys? What? My hair? Before I touch on Gianna's point, I just want to say that I'm appreciative that you two are the voice of the people. You brought up a point before that has been a bane of my existence for a long time.
The stupid Kool-Aid expression where these sad, lonely people followed the psychopath, drank the Kool-Aid, and unalived themselves. And you brought light to that ridiculous moronic expression that we should get rid of. So thank you for doing that. I appreciate that. You're very welcome.
We're here for. Yep.
Yep. Yeah. Now you guys are wonderful. As far as the Giannis thing, I mean, my take on it, I am not one of these guys. You can just bring Giannis to the Knicks just for cat. I'm all in. I'm fine with it. But to break up the core and you're going to lose Anobi or Hart. No, no, no.
See, I wouldn't make the deal with losing Anobi or Hart. If one of those two guys is in it, I'm not making it. The one that I proposed was Deuce McBride, Carl Anthony Towns, and Mikael Bridges.
I mean, listen, for me, and I was in the minority when it happened, I did not want Julius Randle traded. I did not want DiVincenzo traded. I thought that team deserved to get run back that year, and obviously they did not get the chance to do that. There was injuries. I'm just saying that this is not fantasy sports. It's not fantasy sports.
You've got to go ahead and let these teams find their way. This team was good enough to win the NBA Cup. I'm not saying that's the biggest deal in the world, but... You know what? Sometimes you just got to ride with it, guys. You know what I mean? Like, I just don't know about, you know, changing in the middle of the season.
Well, Hirsch, they may have to ride with it. You know, nobody's saying that this is imminent.

Chapter 2: What are the latest developments regarding Giannis to the Knicks?
We're just talking about possibilities. And the things that we said is that, you know, Josh Hart, O.G. Ananobi, Jalen Brunson, Mitchell Robinson, and... We said those four guys have to stay. That's the body of the team that would have to stay if you brought Giannis and maybe Drew Holiday with him.
And then everybody else would be available, and then you'd have to get other teams involved to make the money work and to make Milwaukee happy and to make Giannis happy. I don't know how Milwaukee feels about this. That's the one thing that we don't know. And Gio keeps talking about they could get more if they do it in the offseason. But Giannis wants it now.
He wants to go after a championship right now, knowing that his Bucs are not going to win a championship as they are currently constituted.
Yeah, I mean, if they wanted to do it now, they could tank and try to get up at the very top of the draft and kind of be in a situation like Dallas was last year, getting the number one overall pick, because the number one overall pick, once again, will be very much coveted.
So, I mean, maybe that's something they could do for this year if they wanted to trade him and convince themselves that trading him now is the right way to go. But, yeah, and when you say, like, ride it out or see how it works, I mean, if you're someone like me that just has a strong opinion on Carl Anthony Towns never being a part of a championship team, then you don't let it ride out.
But if you believe that he's going to figure it out and turn it on and give you things that he has never given you before in the postseason, then okay, yeah, ride it out.
See what happens. The one thing I will say about receiving this letter from the Rangers again, at least Chris Drury in that letter said, we're going to try to work it out with Artemi Panarin to send him somewhere where he would like to go. He's been very open about that because in the NHL and much like the NBA, no move clause, no trade clause, things like that get in the way.
And that kind of hamstrings the GMs and the teams as to where they can send players. So he is very transparent about that. I'll give him that. I'm not going to argue about that.

Chapter 3: What trade proposals are being discussed for Giannis?
I mean, we'd be screaming and yelling if he weren't transparent about it, but at least he is. So I'll give him that. So now the question is, is what does he acquire for an Artemi Panarin who all Ranger fans really appreciate that he came here for less money and he took the Rangers over the Islanders? And it's probably one of the reasons why you wouldn't want to trust the front office anymore.
Hey, I took less money to come here. And I took you over the Islanders. And now you don't want to give me an extension. So I can understand from the player's perspective why you would be disgusted. I don't know what goes on internally, like I always tell you. But from the player's perspective on the outside, it looks like, yeah, I'm disgusted. I came here for less money.
I want to sign an extension. I want you to pay me what I'm worth because I've given you a point of game since I've been here. So I've lived up to everything that you wanted me to, maybe not in the playoffs, but certainly during the regular season. But is Milwaukee doing the same thing for Giannis? Are they trying to fulfill his wish, or would they rather send him to a Western Conference team?
I think that if they're going to try to get what's best for them, obviously, but if Giannis says, I'm not going and I'm going to make things difficult for everybody, we've seen this. I mean, Anthony Davis did it, and Dwight Howard did it. I mean, these guys, they figure out a way to go exactly where they want to go.
and if the Bucs feel like, hey, this guy brought us a championship, an MVP, and we owe it to him type of deal, then they'll work it out with the Knicks. But I just don't understand how you can feel that way when he's acted the way that he's acted the last year.
If I'm the Bucs, I'm like, man, damn, we've done everything for this guy that we possibly could. We drafted him. We paid him hundreds of millions of dollars. We brought his brother in. We did everything.
Fired a coach.
Now this is how you're repaying us.
Yeah, full NBA psycho. Yeah, exactly. A full NBA psycho.
