As an entrepreneur, she runs a business called Live Blissed, through which she hosts animal-based retreats and movement workshops around the world. Sucha was raised in an Indian family primarily eating pescatarian up until age 18 when she decided to eat a vegan diet. She spent years combating disordered eating, mental health, and hormonal issues before finding carnivore. After about 4 years on a vegan diet, she began reincorporating animal foods and dove into the carnivore diet which healed several aspects of her life. She now takes a primal approach to nutrition and living, with a focus on women, regulating hormonal balance, healing disordered eating, and creating a deeper connection between people and their food sources. She has made several media appearances, including an appearance on the Carnivore Cast, with my great friend Scott Myslinski.
