Susan had tried several different calorie-depriving and extreme diets, until discovering diets including paleo and keto before she eventually found the most success and health benefits with a carnivore diet. On the carnivore diet, she found that by avoiding all the toxins and anti-nutrients found in plants, and by embracing the most nutrient dense foods in animal products, she was able to find her best health ever. Susan eventually retired at the age of 57 and found YouTube videos on carnivore which inspired her to continue to give it a try. Susan is now a 60-year-old woman who has been following a carnivore diet for the past few years.
