James Leman is a 51-year-old who was born, lives and works in the beautiful island of Bermuda. James is literally and figuratively here today to share with us his journey from being vegetarian for decades, to strict plant-based vegan for 5 years, and most recently as an animal-based carnivore. As a vegetarian and vegan James’ health declined so much, that he had multiple hospitalizations, autoimmune issues, anxiety and depression, amongst many other health problems. He ended up practically bed-bound and severely malnourished for over a year. From listening to podcasts, reading books, and discovering the keto and carnivore diets, James has regained his health, and through that process, found happiness and purpose in sharing his experiences.
