After losing 137 pounds through a low-carb diet with exercise and intermittent fasting, she discovered that being in ketosis also helped alleviate symptoms of her schizophrenia.Now 48, and a proud mother of two, Harmony is passionate about raising awareness of metabolic therapies that she believes are safer and more effective than "drug-only" treatments.
