Even though fitness and bodybuilding are his absolute passion, there is so much more to him than just a six-pack. Eric has persevered through some of the worst things a person can endure: homelessness, addiction, violence, abuse, mental health disorders, incarceration and more. During his darkest moment, Eric almost ended his own life, which is when he decided to pursue a disciplined life and focus on fitness and nutrition. After battling and conquering some of life's biggest challenges, Eric is now a devoted family man, successful businessman and mentor to others that are struggling and striving to become the best they can be and uses the exact technique that helped him change to change the lives of others.
