Dr. Donald Vega is a registered dietitian, strength and conditioning specialist and life-style mentor, and most importantly a husband and father, based in Costa Rica with more than 24 years of experience in health education. He is the founder of Kilosophy which was established with the vision: “To reverse the metabolic disease through a free, fit, happy and healthy society”. Dr. Vega specializes in low-carb, carnivore and keto lifestyles, and has helped over 11,000 patients to improve their lives and lose over 220,000 pounds of extra fat through their interventions in his clinics. He has been a TEDx speaker, and was also in charge of the nutritional counselling in the second season of the Reversed Reality Show, directed by our former podcast guest Charles Mattocks, who we hosted in episode 320 of Boundless Body Radio. Dr. Vega is also passionate about public speaking, coffee, wine, reading, stand up paddle surfing, cycling and resistance training.
