She has personally worked with several major tech brands, such as Intel, HP, Apple, Oracle, Google, and Microsoft, and has interviewed or worked personally with Steve Jobs, Atari founder Nolan Bushnell, Dr. Timothy Leary, John Grey, author of Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus, Don Miguel Ruiz, author of The Four Agreements, and musician Trevor Hall, among many others. However, despite her professional success, Giselle has suffered greatly in her personal life, after years of flagging health that resulted from following a vegan diet for many years. Four years ago, she was severely injured, and her neurologists discovered autoimmune spinal diseases in the results of her MRI. Fortunately, she gave up veganism, and has found health through the reintroduction of animal foods. She is currently in the process of writing a book to share her story about her journey of recovery from vegan malnutrition.
