As parents you want to understand what in the heck they are all on about! So, what is consistency and how do we create it? In this episode of Brain in the Game we unpack the commodity that is consistency, we explore its benefits and pitfalls and we unpack what we can do to actively build consistent performance in our training, skill development and competition. We look at recognising the specifics of skill acquisition, retention and recall, we look at building replicability through visualisation and frame-working and the action steps necessary to initiate the process as and when needed. So what are you waiting for? Check out Brain in the Game episode #26 to find out what you need to know in order to become more consistent in your performance.
