EP 139 WTH?!? The Doctor's Chat: Nootopia with Mark (Mr. Noots) Effinger
02 Mar 2023
Welcome to Episode 139 of What the Health?!? The Doctor's Chat. Today Dr. Eckel is joined by Mark Effinger to discuss a supplements ability to slow neurodegenerative diseases. Mark (Mr. Noots) Effinger has always had a passion for science, and after a health crisis left him grasping for life, and the death of his wife from a painkiller overdose, he knew he had to create high-performance experiential nutritional supplements that could reverse some elements of addiction and disease. He knew he needed to try to eliminate the possibility of someone dying off a prescription overdose, so he began to discover an alternative solution. Mark is now Nootopia's Chief Product Officer, where the BiOptimizers/Nootopia teams have continued to solve human condition issues and strive to address it most effectively and healthily as possible. Having energy throughout the day is one of the most beneficial things someone can have. Mark is trying to give people the opportunity to go from sick to optimally living every day. Most people operate at a sub-optimal level due to the stress, environmental factors, diet, and daily factors everyone is exposed too. His goal is to get people to live optimally and energetically. Mark uses a term "Super-Human," which means someone who is operating in an extra-gear. This person has addressed their sick condition, found the root cause, and began to live their beyond optimal life. This means the person is sleeping right, eating right, maintaining healthy relationships, and living with optimism. He explains this as your neurology and physiology operating in harmony. In this state you can get where you need to go and perform in the way you need to. For most people in the world, it is hard to relate to this kind of life because you are not living it, nor have you ever lived it. It is really important to know what this kind of living looks like. Why? Here is a good analogy. The 4-minute mile seemed nearly impossible to achieve. Once someone broke this milestone, more than 50 people achieved this mark in the next year alone. So, how has Mark been able to create his supplement that gives us energy and the path to "Super-Human"? He dove into the brain to figure out the endless possibilities of optimal living. Mark figured out you can take 2 natural elements, combine them to create a 3rd (new element) that operates more efficiently. He found out that you can keep stacking elements until you have one capsule producing more efficient results than gallons of one product can. He developed a product called "Collagenius". This contains an ant-oxidant mushroom compound and improves areas of the brain that have been previously damaged. There is a blend of highly extracted mushrooms combined with bioavailable collagen extracts, natural anti-oxidants, and adaptogens to boost energy, focus, and brain production.
