This concern for family well-being drives many towards higher-paying careers, often trading away personal fulfillment and social impact. Jeremy and Léa also talked about how the economy impacts entrepreneurial risk-taking, job creation in the green economy, and companies advocating for gender equality and inclusive work environments.
