Six months ago the cost of producing a litre of milk by Irish farmers was around 20 cents. It’s now closer to 50 cents. For farmers and food producers, it’s turning into a really testing crisis. Pat O’Toole-the political correspondent of the Irish Farmer's Journal spoke to Joe on the show this morning.
