For the past 50 years, Britain and especially London has been the home for international dispute resolutions. Brexit has changed much of that and now many legal professionals in Ireland believe that Dublin could steal some of the dispute resolution business from London for the rest of the EU. Partner in the Dispute Resolution & Litigation Group at Evershed Sutherland lawyers, Graham Kenny spoke to Joe this morning on the show.
