In that time thousands of Ukrainians died and millions were displaced. To take stock of the impact of the war Joe was joined on the show by James Waterhouse BBC’s Ukraine Correspondent, Jason Corcoran an Irish expert on Russia and also Matti Maasikas - Eu Ambassador to Ukraine.
