BLFC Round 9 - The Bombers

6 Wins on the trot for The Brisbane Lions means they move up to third on the AFL table but round 9 against Essendon wasn't all sunshine and roses. A very frustrating and low scoring first half of footy left a lot to be desired but thanks to Joe Daniher's 6 goals and the team collectively pulling their fingers out at half time, the game opened up and The Lions banged on 10 goals to run out 42 point winners.  Patrick and JB review the game against The Dons, give out their votes and reminisce about a nostalgic player of yesteryear. They also discuss the roles and impact of some of the younger stars and their standing in the competition and look ahead to QClash next week at The Gabba.
