Brooke is wearing the Shock Collar this morning!Today's question: Back in the 1920’s, when soccer games were broadcast on the radio, announcers were concerned that fans wouldn't be able to visualize the field, so they created a code for radio listeners to better identify the different locations without seeing it. Instead of an announcer saying... "he's fallen near the goal"... or "he just took a header near the penalty area".... this new code helped break up the field.... and was even more precise. And Even though, they don't use this technique anymore... a common cliche phrase spawned from it.... What is it?See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
