Damon West - Best Selling Author, Keynote Speaker, & Professor On His Story From A Life Sentence In Prison To Being A Change Agent & Becoming A Coffee Bean
31 May 2022
#61: Today we have Damon West on the show. Damon is a best selling author, keynote speaker, and college professor. He travels all over speaking to teams, many of which you’ve heard of, such as Alabama & Clemson football, the Dallas Cowboys, businesses, schools, and many other organizations all over the country. But what is really amazing is his story before he started doing all of this. Damon was sentenced to 65 years in prison. Damon grew up in a great home with loving and supportive parents, however early on he got into substance abuse and addiction. This compounded by the time his was the starting QB at the University of North Texas. After a serious injury sidelined him from playing he turned to addiction, which ultimately led to him being arrested and sentenced to life in prison. I know his story will resonate and inspire you to be a coffee bean and a change agent in your own life. Enjoy the show!
