#64: Luke Pent is the Co-Founder of Jetstream Oil & Gas, as well as Jetstream Capital, based in Fort Worth, Texas. In 2004 Luke formed Pent Energy. Since then he has been active in Texas and Oklahoma on both operating and service sectors of the oil and gas industry. On the show we dive into Luke's story of entrepreneurship and starting companies. He talks in depth about taking calculated risk and how to do that, embracing failure and changing your mindset, what it means to be a good leader, and we dive into his faith and what really matters most to him.
